The IRC network, originally using the UnrealIRCd server at nuclear.foxwells.garden, was in operation from January 2016 until its retirement in February 2023. In June 2023, we transitioned to an experimental ngircd‑based server setup for improved performance and efficiency, powered by a custom shell‑script bot for channel management (instead of traditional services).
